Good afternoon! Today I want to share my steak, tomato, mozzarella, and avocado omelette. I think it’s a great breakfast meal for the steak lover’s! If you want to leave out the steak that’s fine too! This was made for my husband, and it was a hit!
Slice about 1/4 of a cup of steak and season to your liking. Cook thoroughly.
Dice about 1/4 of a cup of tomatoes and heat In the same skillet as the steak. It should only take a few seconds to just heat the diced tomatoes slightly.
Dice about 1/4 of a cup of avocados and follow step two…just heat the avocados slightly in the skillet with the steak and tomatoes.
Scramble two eggs, season with a little salt and pepper. Heat your omelette skillet with about 1/2 tablespoon of butter. When your skillet is heated pour the scrambled eggs in, making sure the eggs hit every edge forming the the circular shape of the skillet. When the eggs begin to bubble check to see if it is almost time to flip. If it is, pour your steak, tomatoes and 1/4 of mozzarella on the opposite side of the side you are going to flip. Flip when your eggs are cooked, and cook a little longer to make sure your mozzarella has melted.
When your omelette is cooked plate it. For garnish slice a few avocados and tomatoes and top of your finished omelette.
