Ingredients

1 cup of biquick

1 cup of your favorite yellow cake mix

4 teaspoons of sprinkles or confetti toppings

1 tablespoon of butter

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

1 cup of (vanilla) pink cake frosting

1 1/2 teaspoons of additional sprinkles

Directions

Mix together all the ingredients. Place your skillet on the stove, which should be at about medium heat. Put about a tablespoon of butter in the skillet (I like my pancakes buttery! You can alter if you like!) After the butter has began to sizzle, using a measuring cup measure a little less than 1/4 of a cup and pour into the skillet. Wait until the edges are dry then flip. Cook until your pancakes are brown. Stack those beautiful babies on a plate!

For Garnish

Take a cup of frosting and place it in the microwave for about 10 seconds (or until it turns into a glaze consistency)

Pour the frosting glaze over the stack of pancakes

Then the additional sprinkles over as well

Finally, at last… take a bite out of those luscious little beauties!!!

Love ya, Muah!
